Weight Loss Wednesday


The now regular activity of me stepping onto a cold metal weighing platform took place this morning and the results are in!  The readings have been counted and verified by an independent adjudicator and I can now reveal that this week's figure is................................................................................................


-1.5lbs!

Dances round scales to imaginary applause from the audience :o)!!

So my conclusions are that less food coupled with moderate exercise = weight loss!  Doh!

26lbs to go!
